Step 1: Log In

Navigate to your Superatom workspace URL and log in with your credentials or enterprise SSO.

After logging in, you’ll see the home page where you can create and manage projects:

Create New Project

Create a new project

You’ll see the main interface with the sidebar navigation:

Step 2: Connect a Data Source

Navigate to Knowledge Base

Click Knowledge Base → Data Sources in the sidebar

Click Add Connection

Select your database type

Enter Connection Details

Test Connection

Verify connectivity before saving

Save

Step 3: Wait for Analysis

Superatom automatically analyzes your connected data: This typically takes 2-5 minutes for a medium-sized database. You’ll be notified when complete.

Step 4: Ask Your First Question

Navigate to UIs / Chat Agent and ask a question:

Click any suggestion or type your own follow-up.

Save Useful Insights

Found something valuable?
  1. Click the bookmark icon to save
  2. Add to a dashboard for ongoing monitoring
  3. Create a scheduled report for delivery

Step 6: Add Knowledge (Optional)

Make the AI smarter about YOUR organization:

Navigate to Knowledge Base → Knowledge Graphs

Click + Create Node
